Paf announced that it has acquired Bell Casino, adding gaming operations on more than 50 vessels across routes in northern Europe. The combined business will operate around 80 vessels, with approximately 1,500 gaming machines and 450 arcade games; Bell will retain its current structure, staff, customers, brand and business model.
Paf said on 3 June 2026 that it had completed its acquisition of Bell Casino AB, a Swedish family-owned company running gaming operations aboard ferries. Paf said it distributed €55.5 million through its social funds in 2025, bringing its cumulative distributions since 1966 to €527.9 million. The company also reported revenue of €214.5 million and profit of €57.2 million for the year.
