Optimove agrees to acquire Smartico while both companies remain independent
Optimove announced an agreement to acquire Smartico, with completion expected in the coming weeks and financial terms undisclosed. The companies said they will continue as independent businesses, retaining their own brands, teams, product strategies and market positions; Smartico’s founders will remain responsible for its management and strategy.
The acquisition links two CRM suppliers while preserving Smartico’s brand, team, strategy and management as an independent business.
