Reportedly, Fellipe Fraga, chief business officer of Stellar Gaming, outlined expected discussions on artificial intelligence in online gambling ahead of SBC Summit 2026. A study commissioned by the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations and the Temporary Organisation found that 25% of surveyed recent gamblers in Aruba fell into moderate- or high-risk categories. DOCV director Julia Lensing disputed the GGL’s estimate that illegal online gambling accounted for 22.97% of Germany’s market in 2024. Lensing cited an unpublished research update that she said put illegal operators’ share of online playing time at 57% in 2025; the findings could not be independently checked. She also called for changes to gambling rules and more market data from the GGL.
