Nevada regulators bar Mathew Bowyer from casino properties for life

Enforcement & compliance

Nevada gaming regulators told Mathew Bowyer that he had been added to the state’s exclusion list, barring him for life from properties with a Nevada gambling licence, he said. Bowyer was released after serving seven months of a year-and-a-day federal sentence for tax fraud and illegal sports betting; the source also reports casino compliance fines linked to his betting operation.

The lifetime exclusion prevents Bowyer from entering Nevada gambling properties and follows enforcement scrutiny of casinos’ dealings with him.
