Mauritius GRA suspends Bet 593 betting operations amid investigation

Enforcement & compliance

Mauritius’s Gambling Regulatory Authority ordered Bet 593 Ltd to stop its betting services from 4 March 2026, covering retail shops, online wagering and local horse racing. The regulator said the pause followed suspected money-laundering activity identified in an internal review and referred the matter to the Financial Crimes Commission; the company had not issued a public response.

The suspension removes Bet 593’s retail, online and racing operations from the Mauritius market during the investigation.
