UKGC suspends Deadheat Racing licence during suitability investigation
The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) suspended Deadheat Racing’s operating licence with immediate effect on 21 November while it investigates the company’s suitability to hold a licence. The regulator cited concerns about anti-money laundering controls and social responsibility requirements, and said it suspected possible breaches of licence conditions. The UKGC told the operator to treat consumers fairly and keep them informed during the suspension.
The suspension prevents Deadheat Racing from operating under its licence while the UKGC examines suspected compliance failures.
