Maltese court approves dissolution of GiG subsidiary MT Securetrade

Regulation

A Maltese judge approved MT Securetrade Limited’s application to wind up the GiG subsidiary on 17 November, according to the report. The company had previously provided white-label services and stopped operating in 2020; it surrendered its MGA licence in 2022. The ruling said the company’s resolution was valid and made for legitimate reasons.

The ruling approves winding up a former GiG white-label subsidiary linked to historical Austrian player claims.
