GiG completed a €16.4m transaction through GiG Software Plc on 1 October 2026, taking 80% ownership of African betting and gaming operator 888AFRICA. GiG paid €6.1m on completion and will pay €10.3m in instalments over the following 10 months.
The acquisition brings 888AFRICA into GiG and commits the buyer to €10.3m in further payments over 10 months.
