Lazio court dismisses appeal over betting right forfeiture in Piedmont

Regulation

The Lazio Regional Administrative Court declared inadmissible a concessionaire’s appeal against ADM’s forfeiture of a betting right at a sales outlet in Piedmont. The court said a later authorisation for another concessionaire at the same outlet had removed the appellant’s interest in the case; the new authorisation had not been challenged.

The ruling leaves the later concessionaire’s authorisation unchallenged and the original betting right unavailable to the appellant.
