Lazio administrative court rejects two interim requests over bingo concession charges

Regulation

The Lazio Regional Administrative Court rejected two requests for urgent interim measures in challenges to the Customs and Monopolies Agency’s 31 July 2026 decision on bingo concession charges. The court said the agency had invited observations and did not require immediate payment; it set a hearing for 2 December 2026. The rulings concern interim relief only and do not decide the underlying cases.

Bingo concessionaires must pursue their challenges without the requested urgent interim protection while the cases continue.
