Lazio court postpones ruling on ADM betting-payout dispute

Regulation

The Lazio Regional Administrative Court postponed a hearing on a concessionaire’s challenge to measures by Italy’s Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) over betting payouts and alleged odds errors. The court said procedural deadlines were no longer met after additional grounds and notifications, and did not rule on the merits or the legality of ADM’s actions. A new hearing date was not stated.

The dispute leaves the concessionaire’s challenge and ADM’s payout instructions unresolved.
