Lazio Regional Administrative Court rejects appeal over VLT authorisations

Regulation

The Lazio Regional Administrative Court rejected a challenge seeking to have ADM revoke authorisations held by the outgoing VLT network concessionaire. The court said the dispute concerned private contractual relations and that gambling continued uninterrupted at both bingo halls, so there were no grounds to revoke or annul the authorisations; it also rejected the damages claim.

The ruling leaves the concessionaire’s authorisations in place while play continues at the two halls.
