KVA says targeted casino streams fall outside the role-model advertising ban
The Keurmerk Verantwoorde Affiliates (KVA) said targeted casino streams do not breach the role-model ban if they feature legal content and are not promoted to a general audience. The comments followed the Kansspelautoriteit's action against the company behind 711 over an influencer collaboration; the regulator said streamers are not automatically role models.
The distinction may inform how operators and affiliates assess streamer content under the Dutch advertising rules.
