The KSA approved the first eight five-year renewals for online gambling operators in the Netherlands, allowing them to operate from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2031, according to the report. The named brands include TOTO, Holland Casino Online, Kansino, Bet365, GG Poker and Betcity. The report also says the KSA extended Lotto B.V.'s lottery and sports betting monopolies for five years while a related appeal remains pending.

Blask’s September 2026 analysis put Brazil at 57.8% of demand for online betting and gaming in Latin America, despite a 5.2% decline in its regional share. The company said regional demand fell 0.2%, while interest in licensed Brazilian brands dropped 82% between 25 September and 1 October after the fixed-odds betting ban. Blask said its indicators measure consumer interest and brand visibility, not revenue share or active bettors.

The regional dip occurred even as 16 of the 20 markets tracked by Blask posted growth over the period.
