The Kansspelautoriteit said it formally addressed One Casino and bet365 after finding they offered sports betting on football matches involving under-21 players during 2025. Both operators attributed the incidents to registration errors and told the regulator they had corrected the issues and added safeguards; the KSA said operators remain responsible for compliant betting markets.
Operators must maintain controls to prevent prohibited under-21 sports markets from being offered.
