Italy’s Council of State delays new PVR rules for extended concessionaires

Regulation

Italy’s Council of State rejected challenges by online gambling concessionaires to the main provisions of the PVR framework, while ruling that the new rules cannot apply early to concessionaires under technical extensions. The court upheld the €100 weekly limit on cash, untraceable account recharges and confirmed prohibitions on withdrawals and winnings payments at PVR outlets.
