Italy’s Council of State overturns blanket computer ban at PVR outlets
Italy’s Council of State annulled ADM’s blanket restriction on internet-connected devices at recharge outlets, while upholding the €100 weekly cap on cash and specified payment-method deposits and the ban on withdrawals there, according to the report. The court also rejected ADM’s appeal over applying the rules to concessionaires under technical extensions before new concessions are awarded.
PVR outlets may use internet-connected devices, but deposit caps and withdrawal restrictions remain in force.
