Italy’s Guardia di Finanza reported gambling-sector inspections and investigations nationwide during 2025 and the first five months of 2026. Its regional and provincial results included 12 clandestine betting collection points found in Campania and sanctions exceeding €40,000 in Venice; the report also listed checks, violations and referrals in other areas.
The findings show the scale and geographic spread of enforcement activity affecting gambling businesses across Italy.
