Gabon lottery opens licensing selection and sets 7 July renewal deadline
Gabon’s national lottery, GDJ, opened a competitive selection process for private companies seeking gaming licences, according to its communiqué described in the report. Existing authorisations are due to expire three months after 7 April 2026, with 7 July 2026 given as the date they become invalid. Applicants must demonstrate technical, financial and operational capacity.
Operators in Gabon must obtain new licences to continue operating after the stated expiry date.
