CGA sets 24 December deadline for Curaçao supplier licensing transition

Regulation

The Curaçao Gaming Authority says supplier licensing and registration rules will take full effect on 24 December, ending a two-year transition under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance. Domestic suppliers of essential services must hold a CGA licence, while foreign suppliers providing critical inputs must register; local suppliers without licences are urged to apply by 1 September.

Operators must check that relevant suppliers meet the licensing or registration requirements before the transition ends.
