DGOJ approves transfer of Paf licences to Paf Games in Ceuta
Spain’s DGOJ approved the transfer of Paf’s operating activity and licences to Paf Games, S.A., according to the report. The subsidiary will hold the group’s general and specific licences, covering sports betting, roulette, blackjack and gaming machines. Paf Games has four months to complete corporate formalities and provide final bank guarantees to the regulator.
The approval makes Paf Games the licence holder and sets a four-month deadline for completing regulatory requirements.
