Belgium’s Gaming Commission says people can request an access ban covering land-based and online casinos, slot machine arcades and betting. People can ask for the ban to be lifted, but access resumes only after a three-month waiting period from receipt of the request.
Operators across casinos, slot arcades and betting must apply the ban across both physical and online channels.

Germany's GGL published an FAQ stating that licences can be sought only for bets on sporting events with verifiable results and clear rules, and that other wagers, including prediction-market bets, are prohibited. The authority said live bets are limited to results or rare events, with frequent-event markets barred.
The Massachusetts Gaming Commission describes a statewide programme allowing people to exclude themselves from casino gambling, sports wagering or iLottery for a chosen term. Participants must complete a reinstatement session before returning to gambling, and operators may extend an exclusion across their offerings at their discretion.
