Belgian Gaming Commission sets conditions for lifting access bans

Regulation

Source: Kansspelcommissie (Belgium)

Belgium’s Gaming Commission says a person can ask to lift a voluntary access ban by sending a signed request with identity documents; access can resume after a three-month wait. A third-party ban lasts at least one year before an application to lift it can be made, and the excluded person must support the request with reasons and documents; the third party can respond.

Operators need to account for different waiting periods and review steps when checking whether an exclusion remains active.
