Belgium’s Gaming Commission says people can request an exclusion covering casinos, gaming arcades and betting, online and offline. Applicants can use an electronic form or submit a signed paper request with a copy of both sides of their identity card.
The exclusion process determines how operators must restrict access for people who request protection.

The Indiana Gaming Commission said casino, supplier and sports wagering vendor employees need an occupational licence tied to a specific employer; the state does not issue a statewide licence. Initial application fees are $1,000 for Level 1, $200 for Level 2 and $75 for Level 3, and the gaming entity pays initially but may seek reimbursement from the employee.
Greece’s Hellenic Gaming Commission summarises the rules governing player exclusion and temporary breaks from gambling. The cited provisions cover online gambling, video lottery terminals and casinos; the commission says anonymous games without player identification do not provide for self-exclusion.
Greece’s HGC sets out how players can request temporary or indefinite exclusion from licensed gambling, including online gambling, OPAP PLAY video lottery terminals and casinos. A central exclusion register is still being developed, so players seeking a temporary exclusion across online operators must apply separately to each licensee; indefinite exclusions can also be requested through the HGC.
Greece's Hellenic Gaming Commission says licensed operators must use player-protection measures, spending and participation limits, risk monitoring and early intervention. It also describes temporary, short-term and long-term exclusion options, including account blocking and suspension of marketing communications.
The UK Gambling Commission said it will intensify anti-money-laundering supervision and publish a gambling-sector money-laundering and terrorist-financing risk assessment in July. At the Gambling Anti-Money Laundering Group conference on 10 June 2026, enforcement director John Pierce also highlighted weaknesses in applying risk procedures and said the Commission expects technology used for compliance to demonstrate its effectiveness.
