Alberta officials project online gambling market launch around summer
Alberta iGaming Corporation interim chief executive Dan Keene and Service Alberta Minister Dale Nally said the province’s regulated commercial online gambling market could open around spring or summer. Nally said temporary regulatory requirements expire in the second week of July, but officials have not announced a launch date.
Operators and suppliers considering Alberta entry have only an indicative launch window, not a confirmed opening date.
