AGCO sets standards for Ontario gaming operators and suppliers

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission (AGCO) says its risk-based standards apply to online gaming operators, including OLG and private operators, as well as gaming-related suppliers. The framework covers online gaming, lottery schemes and online sports and event betting, with periodic risk assessments planned to keep the standards relevant.
