AGCO requires registration for suppliers serving Ontario lottery retailers

Licences & markets

Source: AGCO (Ontario)

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) says suppliers must register to provide products or services to lottery retailers in the province. Suppliers serving only the OLG lottery sector pay no registration fee, while fees may apply if they also serve other parts of Ontario’s gaming industry.

Suppliers need to account for AGCO registration and possible fees before serving Ontario lottery retailers or other gaming sectors.
