Source: AGCO (Ontario)

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) says charitable gaming operators must meet all applicable standards. Unless specified otherwise, the requirements also apply to sellers, gaming assistants and gaming-related and non-gaming suppliers; the listed legal framework includes the Gaming Control Act, 1992 and Ontario Regulation 78/12.
