AGCO sets eligibility and application requirements for Ontario teletheatre registrations

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) says a teletheatre applicant must have an agreement with an AGCO-licensed racetrack operator. Applicants must provide supporting corporate, municipal-notification and property documents, then submit an application through iAGCO for the AGCO to review.

A teletheatre location cannot seek registration without support from an AGCO-licensed racetrack operator.
