AGCO proposes 30-day lottery registration suspension for Kitchener retailer

Enforcement & compliance

Source: AGCO (Ontario)

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission (AGCO) proposed suspending Wholesale Smoke’s lottery-seller registration for 30 days and adding compliance conditions. The proposal follows findings of prohibited nicotine and erectile dysfunction products during inspections on 10 December 2025 and 4 March 2026, and reported obstruction during two inspections; the retailer may appeal within 15 days.

The proposal could suspend the retailer’s lottery sales and impose additional compliance conditions.
