ADM sets rules for digital features in Italy’s instant lotteries

Regulation

Italy’s Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) issued rules on 26 May 2026 allowing instant-lottery tickets to connect to digital experiences accessed through smartphone scans. The rules allow lottery concessionaires to add digital content while preserving fixed outcomes and physical-only ticket sales.
