ADM blocks Polymarket again in Italy over unauthorised gambling status

Enforcement & compliance

Italy’s Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) has again blocked access to Polymarket, according to the report. The report says a previous court proceeding restored access but did not decide whether the platform falls outside gambling rules; it also reports no official action against Lazio or official guidance on the sponsorship agreement.

The renewed block leaves Polymarket’s Italian access uncertain, while the reported sponsorship has no official guidance or action.
