Tuscany regional court upholds VLT venue licence revocation in Prato

Enforcement & compliance

The Tuscany Regional Administrative Court upheld the revocation of a public-security licence for a VLT venue in Prato, ruling on 17 August 2026 that changing its entrance without specific notice affected the venue’s supervisability. The court rejected the operators’ arguments that the change was shown in a submitted plan and that suspension would have been sufficient.

VLT operators risk licence revocation if entrance changes affecting supervisability are not specifically reported.
