TRF-3 suspends Stake injunction allowing operations under Brazil betting ban

Regulation

Brazil’s Regional Federal Court of the 3rd Region suspended a lower-court injunction that had allowed Stake Brazil to operate despite the betting ban, according to a press report. Without the injunction, Stake’s Brazilian operations face the betting ban and uncertainty over enforcement.
