TRF-3 grants CDA Gaming interim relief to resume betting operations in Brazil
A federal appellate judge at Brazil’s TRF-3 granted CDA Gaming an interim injunction on 3 November, restoring its authorisation to offer online betting and related operational, financial and payment services. The measures remain in force until the court completes its review or issues another decision; the authorisation was originally valid through 31 December 2029.
The interim order allows CDA Gaming to continue operating while the court considers its challenge to the measure.
