TikTok reportedly reminded Shop sellers and creators that gambling promotion is prohibited on its e-commerce platform. The policy covers betting, lotteries, roulette, slots and claw machines in videos and livestreams, regardless of whether the gambling is legal or illegal.

Reportedly, Ukraine's PlayCity has added Kick to the social media platforms it works with to counter illegal gambling advertising. The regulator's existing partners include TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Google, Twitch and Viber.
Coda is working with TikTok Gaming to let users in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines buy digital content through Codashop. Thailand's Ministry of Digital Economy and Society plans to work with Meta, TikTok and other platforms against illegal gambling advertising. The ministry said the partners would compile monitoring data for the Royal Thai Police to pursue further action.
Senator Erika Stefani’s bill was published in the Italian Senate, proposing exemptions from certain administrative requirements for historic gaming machines used free of charge.
