Superbet launches 24-hour betting support line with IPJ in Brazil
Superbet launched Linha Super, a free 24-hour support service for people affected by betting problems, in partnership with the Instituto de Proteção ao Jogador (IPJ). Chief executive Alexandre Fonseca said the company funds and promotes the service, while IPJ handles assessments, support and referrals; the line is open to users of other platforms and their families.
Operators can refer customers and their families to a support service that is not limited to Superbet users.
