Spelinspektionen bars Claymore Malta from unlicensed Swedish gambling
Sweden’s Spelinspektionen barred Claymore Malta Ltd from offering gambling to Swedish customers without a licence, after reviewing its ibet.com site from 1 to 8 December 2025. The regulator cited inadequate access controls and continued marketing aimed at Swedish consumers, despite the company saying it had ended some promotional activity.
The order requires operators targeting Sweden to prevent access where they lack authorisation.
