São Paulo lottery launches online instant games under 15-year concession
The São Paulo lottery began offering online instant games on 1 July through a platform operated by the SP Loterias consortium, which includes Scientific Games and Brightstar Lottery. The consortium paid BRL 526 million for a 15-year concession, while ARSESP said the contract excludes unregulated formats including casinos and slot machines.
Operators and suppliers can use the concession’s stated product limits to understand which online games are permitted in São Paulo.
