São Paulo federal court lets Stake Brasil operate until 25 October

Regulation

A federal court in São Paulo partially granted Stake Brasil’s request for preliminary relief, allowing its licensed betting platform to continue operating until 25 October 2026 while its challenge to Provisional Measure 1,394/2026 remains pending. The order bars authorities from blocking or redirecting stake.bet.br, or sanctioning operations that comply with the court’s conditions.

The ruling sets a temporary operating deadline for Stake Brasil while its challenge to the federal measure proceeds.
