Enforcement & compliance

Italy’s Guardia di Finanza provincial command in Rome reported 87 violations in gambling-sector checks during 2025 and the first five months of 2026. It said the inspections resulted in sanctions of about €300,000, while approximately €23m in taxes due to ADM was identified as unpaid; two illegal websites were also blocked.
