PlayCity opens tender for military gambling-access restriction software in Ukraine
Ukraine's PlayCity opened a tender to develop software that checks gambling-restriction and military personnel registers when a user registers or logs in. PlayCity and the Ministry of Defence plan to test the system, with testing scheduled to finish by 24 December; operators would receive only the check outcome, not a user's military status.
The planned register checks would require gambling operators to block access when the system identifies grounds for restriction.
