Regulation

Ukraine’s gambling regulator PlayCity has launched an online platform for reporting suspected illegal gambling advertising. Users can submit links and supporting evidence for adverts across social media, websites, broadcast media and public spaces; PlayCity staff will assess complaints and may seek content removal, account blocks, fines or law-enforcement referrals.

Operators and platforms may face removal requests, account blocks or enforcement action following PlayCity’s review of reported adverts.
