Playbook Fusion launched Playbook Football on Betano in Brazil on 5 February 2026, the companies said. The game is delivered through Playbook Fusion’s RGS platform, with Games Global as its exclusive distribution partner. Kaizen Gaming’s head of RNG said Brazil is an important market for Betano.
The launch gives Betano customers in Brazil access to Playbook Football through Playbook Fusion’s platform.

Tottenham Hotspur announced that Betano will be an official partner of its men’s first team for the 2026/27 season. The club said the arrangement will then expand to make Betano its official betting partner in Europe and Latin America through 2029, with branding on training kit and at the stadium.
Betano has agreed to become an official regional partner of the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Europe and South America, the company said. The tournament is scheduled to run from 11 June to 19 July across Canada, Mexico and the US, with 48 teams taking part.
Kaizen Gaming announced its acquisition of GameplAI, an artificial-intelligence provider of sports trading and analytics. Kaizen plans to integrate GameplAI’s capabilities into Betano’s sports trading, player markets and performance analysis, while GameplAI will continue its business-to-business operations. The companies did not disclose financial terms.
Kaizen Gaming said proposed restrictions in Buenos Aires province, including a bill to prohibit online gambling, could drive players to illegal offshore sites. Regulatory affairs senior manager Gabriel Buenos said the company supports player-protection measures but believes proposals should be assessed for their effect on the regulated market. He also cited estimates that offshore sites account for 80% of online gambling in Argentina.
Kaizen Gaming cautioned that plans to prohibit internet betting in Buenos Aires province risk sending more players to illegal offshore sites. Gabriel Buenos, a senior regulatory affairs manager at Kaizen Gaming, said the operator favours strong regulation but cautioned against steps that would send more players offshore. The company's Betano brand holds a licence in the province.
Betano said it was prioritising employee retention during the betting prohibition. The Kaizen Gaming brand said it was fully complying with Provisional Measure No. 1.394/2026.
