Paf said on 3 June 2026 that it had completed its acquisition of Bell Casino AB, a Swedish family-owned company running gaming operations aboard ferries. Paf chief executive Christer Fahlstedt said the deal supports the group’s land and maritime business, while Bell founder Morgan Eliasson expressed confidence in the company’s future within Paf.
Paf said it distributed €55.5 million through its social funds in 2025, bringing its cumulative distributions since 1966 to €527.9 million. The company also reported revenue of €214.5 million and profit of €57.2 million for the year.
