He will serve alongside president and chief executive James Maida; the report also notes that CVC became the testing lab’s first outside investor months earlier.
Gavin Isaacs has joined GLI’s board in an advisory role, according to the headline. He stepped down as Entain chief executive last year after five months, the report said.
