Gavin Isaacs has joined GLI’s board in an advisory role, according to the headline. He stepped down as Entain chief executive last year after five months, the report said.
Entain said it has begun consulting on changes to its customer care operation that could remove up to 400 roles across multiple locations. The company said the roles represent part of its approximately 2,000-person customer care workforce and linked the changes to efforts to address higher UK gambling taxes.

The report says 85 operators paid R$30 million each for five-year authorisations, totalling R$2.55 billion, and that the government will not refund fees for unused periods. Finance Minister Dario Durigan said investors would have predictability in Brazil.
