London judge restricts publication of findings in former Entain executives’ case
A London judge has restricted publication of 10 findings in a civil judgment involving former gambling executives Kenny Alexander and Lee Feldman, while allowing the rest to be published in redacted form. The findings will remain confidential until the conclusion of a criminal trial scheduled for 2028; the underlying privacy claim against the UK Gambling Commission was dismissed in January.
The ruling limits public access to parts of a judgment involving a regulator and executives facing a future criminal trial.
