Former Entain executives sue UKGC over disclosures linked to 888 bid
Former Entain executives Kenny Alexander and Lee Feldman have brought a civil claim against the UK Gambling Commission over disclosures made during their attempt to take control of 888 Holdings, according to reports. They allege misuse of private information and breach of confidence; the UKGC says the disclosures did not contain private information. The men also face criminal charges, with a trial scheduled for 2028 to 2029.
The case concerns how regulatory disclosures may affect company control bids and the reputations of prospective executives.
