Naples awards Agnano racecourse concession with €16.8m in private investment
The Municipality of Naples signed a concession contract with New Agnano Arena & Races for the Agnano racecourse after a public tender. The 35-year concession provides for €16.8m in total investment, including €13.5m for direct refurbishment works; the operator must take on all outgoing staff, and the concession began on 1 January 2026.
The award establishes a long-term operator and investment and employment commitments for the racecourse.
